TRAIN THE TRAINER PROGRAMME
Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY
Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before enrolling to the Train The Trainer Training programme.
By purchasing a place on any Train the Trainer programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Train the Trainer programme consists of digital educational content, live online training, course materials, recordings, assessments, certification activities, and ongoing support.
2. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
3. 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email within the 14-day cooling-off period.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be entitled to a refund as set out below.
4. REFUNDS DURING THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Where a participant validly cancels within the 14-day cooling-off period, a refund will be issued less any non-recoverable third-party transaction processing fees incurred by the training provider.
These fees may include payment gateway charges, card processing fees, merchant service fees, and platform transaction fees that are retained by payment providers and are not refunded to the training provider.
At the time of publication of this policy, these fees are typically approximately 2% of the transaction value but may vary depending on the payment method used.
Examples:
• Programme Fee €1,997 → Refund approximately €1,957.06
• Programme Fee €1,275 → Refund approximately €1,249.50
• Programme Fee €997 → Refund approximately €977.06
The exact refund amount will depend on the actual fees incurred and retained by the payment processor.
5. ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT DURING THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Participants may choose either:
(a) to wait until the 14-day cooling-off period has expired before accessing course materials; or
(b) to request immediate access to course materials and digital content.
If a participant requests immediate access to digital content before the cooling-off period expires, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• training services will begin immediately;
• digital content will be made available immediately; and
• any refund entitlement may be reduced to reflect the value of services already supplied and digital content already accessed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where substantial access to course materials, recordings, resources, downloads, or live training has been provided, no refund may be available once access has commenced, except where required by law.
6. REFUNDS AFTER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
After the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
No refunds will be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Lack of time to complete the training
• Failure to attend live sessions
• Failure to complete assessments or certification requirements
• Technical issues on the participant's side
• Dissatisfaction where the training has been delivered substantially as described
• Failure to use or access the training materials
• Personal, business, family, health, travel, or employment circumstances
Where recordings are available, inability to attend a live session does not create any entitlement to a refund.
7. PAYMENT PLANS
Where a participant chooses a payment plan, the participant is entering into a commitment to pay the full programme fee.
A payment plan is a payment convenience and not a monthly subscription.
Access to course materials, intellectual property, recordings, resources, and support is provided in reliance upon the participant's commitment to pay the full programme fee.
Participants may not cancel future instalments or terminate their payment obligations after enrolment and receipt of course access.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:
• Suspension of access to training materials;
• Withholding of certification;
• Referral to a debt recovery service; and/or
• Legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
OPTION 1 – GROUP TRAINING
Participants who miss live sessions will have access to recordings through the student portal.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued after the cooling-off period has expired.
OPTION 2 – SOLO TRAINING
Participants receive access to course recordings and training materials and may complete the programme at their own pace.
Micro Teaching Exams must be submitted by video recording.
Certificates will be issued following successful completion of the assessment requirements.
No refunds are available after the cooling-off period has expired, except where required by law.
OPTION 3 – FAST-TRACK TRAINING
Training dates are arranged individually with the participant.
Participants receive:
• A private fast-track training day;
• Access to course recordings;
• Access to training materials and resources; and
• Ongoing support.
No refunds are available after the cooling-off period has expired, and the training day has been completed, except where required by law.
Requests to reschedule may be considered at the sole discretion of the programme provider and may be subject to an administration fee.
TRANSFERS
Requests to transfer to a future programme intake may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of any transfer request is entirely at the discretion of the programme provider.
Any approved transfer may be subject to an administration fee.
CANCELLATION BY THE TRAINING PROVIDER
In the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled by the provider, participants will be offered either:
(a) a transfer to a future programme; or
(b) a refund of any fees paid for services not yet delivered.
The provider's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the programme.
CERTIFICATION
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all programme requirements.
No refund shall be available if a participant does not pass an assessment, does not submit required work, or otherwise fails to satisfy certification criteria.
